Professional Coaching & Mentoring

TheSafeguardingCop offers professional coaching and mentoring to support leaders and managers who hold responsibility for overseeing safeguarding roles and functions, without working directly within safeguarding themselves. 

This includes individuals working in roles such as HR, Health & Safety, Finance, Governance, or Senior Management, who are required to understand safeguarding risk and provide effective oversight. 

The tailored support provides a confidential space to explore responsibilities, strengthen understanding of safeguarding arrangements, and build confidence in decision-making, challenge, and assurance. 

Informed by extensive experience across statutory and non-statutory environments, the programme supports leaders to manage safeguarding professionals effectively and fulfil their responsibilities with clarity, confidence, and integrity.

Coaching & Mentoring for Professionals

60-minute sessions @ £110

Individual 1-2-1  

• All sessions will be agreed on a rolling 8 session basis.

• Delivery options: Face to face and online 

• Packages: If the client commits to a block of 8 individual 121 sessions up front, you will receive a 20% discount

• A free, must have ‘suitability’ call (30 minutes) must be completed with the potential supervisee before supervision can be agreed.
