£125 fee + £25 VAT

A focused, 60-minute online consultation to explore one safeguarding question or organisational challenge.

You may need help thinking through a professional-boundary issue, a reporting or escalation decision, or how to approach a concern about your current arrangements.

Your session includes consideration of a short briefing supplied in advance, a structured discussion and a brief written summary of the agreed next steps.

You leave with: greater clarity about the issue, the options available and what needs to happen next.

Please note: substantial document review, investigations, formal written expert opinions and ongoing case support are not included. Where these are needed, we will agree a separate scope and fee.

“We have arrangements in place - but what needs attention?”

£350 fee + £70 VAT

An independent look at one agreed area of safeguarding practice, with clear priorities for improvement.

Your Snapshot might focus on reporting and escalation, professional boundaries, safer recruitment, workforce safeguarding or a particular policy and procedure.

The package includes an initial online discussion, review of up to two relevant documents*, a concise written findings and priorities note, and an online feedback discussion.

You receive: a Safeguarding Action Note identifying the main findings, recommended next steps and suggested responsibility for taking them forward.

The package includes up to 3.5 hours of total consultant time, covering discussions, reading and written feedback. We agree an achievable scope before booking.

This is a focused diagnostic based on the information reviewed - not a full organisational audit, accreditation assessment or confirmation that every safeguarding requirement has been met.

£600 fee + £120 VAT

A defined piece of practical safeguarding work, with an agreed output - not simply a day of discussion.

Depending on the scope, this could involve improving a reporting pathway, revising a short procedure, developing a professional-boundaries guide or turning existing recommendations into a prioritised action plan.

Before booking, we agree one achievable priority and the specific work to be completed.

The package includes up to 7.5 hours of consultant time. Preparation, meetings, drafting and the agreed feedback and revision process all sit within that allowance.

You receive: the agreed practical output, with an explanation of how to use it and any decisions your organisation still needs to make.

The work can be scheduled in blocks rather than completed during one continuous meeting or calendar day. 

Larger tasks are scoped and quoted separately.

For organisations that need continuity, we offer ongoing support built around your priorities and the people carrying safeguarding responsibilities.

Your agreement may combine scheduled advice, reflective supervision, leadership support, planned reviews and help progressing an agreed safeguarding improvement programme.

Before you commit, we confirm the monthly fee, included time and activities, named contacts, who will deliver the support and the agreed response arrangements.

You gain: a consistent specialist relationship, defined access to support and a structured way to keep safeguarding work moving.

You will know what is included, what requires separate commissioning and how any additional work will be authorised.

This is not an unlimited or 24-hour service. Your organisation retains its responsibilities and decision-making.
